Can you ever have enough pillows?

After our media post on the Grace Ormonde Photo Shoot - we received a lot of emails on the pillows we used at each place setting. Here they are as a close up. The pillows we used were designed with two shades of yellow to add to the provencal feel of the table.

Pillows like these can be used for guests in many ways ... think about adding them to soft seatting arrangements during cocktail hour, or on a large blanket for a more casual reception or rehearsal dinner. Pillows can also be used to give your home an immediate lift. Adding new pillows on a sofa or chaise or bed top can make the room look revived! Perfect for all of your pre and post wedding soirees.

These pillows can be done in hundreds of colors - the only limitation is your imagination.

For the Flower Girl

Flower girls can be an amazing addition to your wedding ceremony. They touch our hearts when walking down the aisle, and for me I also consider it a fond memory of the bride who is about to walk down after her. For many people waiting to see the bride walk down it was "only yesterday" she was that small.

We now offer these custom designed flower girl bags in our studio. We can design different color ribbons and flowers to match your wedding colors. These have been so popular we are starting to ship them across the country.

We love them for the little girls in your life - for a wedding or for just playing dress up !

Media Photo Shoot

Yesterday we spent the day with the staff of Grace Ormonde Wedding Style Magazine on a photo shoot for their upcoming issues. It was an ultimate honor to be invited back for the third time to design a table for this amazing magazine.

I loved the way our "Provence" table turned out and I owe a heap of gratitute to Katherine Daught Jacobs from KDJ Botanica in Westport for the ultimate in collaboration on this design.

We had a lot of fun on the shoot as usual, and were then even happier when Justin Marantz came to see his protype for his upcoming wedding and also had his camera with him. Thank you for the images Justin!!!

The next issue of Grace Ormonde Wedding Style drops in two weeks. For the fourth year in a row we have been awarded as a Platinum Vendor by the magazine. If you are getting married the magazine is full of inspirational ideas - a must read!!

Martha Stewart

We all just got back from one of my favorite weddings I have ever produced. It was so beautfiul- we had a great team collaborating on the event..the cutest couple ever... and the perfect day for a tented event on the water. I will post pictures soon. So now it is 3:30am and I am still full of energy from the night so I decided to catch up on much needed blog reading. While I was catching up I found this great photo of our ad in Martha Stewart. Justin Marantz had it posted on his site - looks great. This ad also ran in The Knot [ metro new york edition] where we also had a wedding featured of the lovely Wendy and Jim Collins as photographed by Bruce Plotkin.
