Event Styling

One of our favorite aspects of planning weddings is the event styling process. A lot of people are surprised to learn that our services can be retained for this portion only. What does our Event Styling Service offer?

While this varies from client to client based on their specific needs the journey typically looks like this:

We start with an initial design meeting where we work through questions that enable our stylists to get to know you as a couple. We like to know your favorite foods, where you spend your vacations, what you like to do on a warm sunny Sunday and many others. From here we start to look at colors, patterns, the season, the venue. We flip through countless idea books in our studio, we look at fabrics, chairs, glasses etc.. and through this process we find our ultimate inspiration point. This then becomes the focus our our design board. Each detail that we design will then always relate back to the inspiration source.

We work one on one with you to develop your stationery suite, fashion is next---we assist in selection the gown of your dreams, complete with all the appropriate accessories, as well as your girls- the bridesmaids dresses will also coordinate with the overall design concept. Table Furnishing are the third phase. Through a series of design meetings will be create for you a sample table for your wedding complete with linen, china, stemware, flatware and floral design. Along the way we assist in developing the food and beverage menu's - no detail is ever forgotten. The serving vessel for the passed miniature grilled cheese sandwiches is just as important as the the way we place the tent to make sure the sunset is appreciated.

Lighting and floral design are also extremely important in the design process- from lighting a room in amber to create a candle lit effect to every last flower in the room we work with you to style each piece appropriately.

Finally we will assist you with Gifts - Welcome Gifts, Guest Gifts, Attendant Gifts and gifts to present to each other on your wedding day!
